Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Dehumidification
Exodus Resort is a residential project consisting of four interconnected blocks with an integrated social facility. Within this project, the ventilation, air conditioning, and dehumidification systems were designed, managed, and installed under my supervision.
Upon joining the project, I identified the absence of a finalized design. My initial task was to revise the project in alignment with the client’s requirements while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Additionally, I made strategic adjustments to the manufacturing process to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Scope of Work:
Revision and optimization of the initial project design according to client specifications.
Overseeing the entire production process and implementing necessary modifications.
Planning and executing the installation of ventilation, air conditioning, and dehumidification systems.
Managing the project timeline and ensuring seamless coordination between planning, manufacturing, and installation phases.
Adapting to daily revisions and updates by effectively incorporating changes into the ongoing workflow.
By maintaining close collaboration with the client and ensuring that all installations adhered to industry standards, I successfully delivered a fully functional and optimized HVAC system for the Exodus Resort project. This project exemplifies my expertise in project management, system design, and hands-on execution within large-scale residential developments.
